Silioti is a dedicated Personnel Licensing Officer with the Civil Aviation Authority of Tonga, where she has served Tonga’s aviation industry for 15 years.
Throughout her career, Silioti has played a vital role in maintaining national aviation safety standards through the oversight of effective personnel licensing. In 2023, Silioti was appointed as the Chief Investigator for Tonga, leading a team of experts to determine the cause of an accident experienced by a local airline.
A proud Pacific Islander, Silioti is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace environments and supportive networks with fellow women leaders across the Pacific region. After completing her Australia Awards studies, Silioti plans to advocate for policies that promote gender equality and women's empowerment within Tonga’s aviation industry.
