Arieta Koila Costello is a peacebuilding practitioner, counsellor, and trainer with over 25 years of experience working across Fiji and the Pacific. Her work spans conflict transformation, trauma healing, and inclusive development, with a strong focus on supporting individuals, teams, and institutions through change.
Koila has designed and facilitated regional programs on mediation, resilience, and organisational development, and has served as a trainer with RedR Australia and adjunct faculty at Eastern Mennonite University's Summer Peacebuilding Institute.
Her work integrates coaching, counselling, and strategic facilitation to support individuals, teams, and institutions in navigating change and strengthening collaboration. Koila holds academic qualifications in social work, conflict transformation, and business leadership, and continues to advise on peacebuilding, mental health, and leadership development across the region.
Scholar Pope is a clinical manager and medical imaging technologist with over a decade of experience in health service delivery, leadership, and project coordination in Papua New Guinea. She holds a Master of Magnetic Resonance Technology from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Medical Imaging Science from the Univeristy of Papua New Guinea.
Scholar currently manages the Radiology Department at Kavieng Provincial Hospital, where she leads service development, training, and strategic planning across imaging modalities including ultrasound and radiography. She has also played a key role in coordinating public health initiatives, including COVID-19 response protocols, donor-funded projects, and capacity-building programs for rural healthcare workers. Her leadership has extended to advocacy, professional regulations, and mentoring, with active involvement in national committees and technical working groups.
As an ontological coach and a graduate of the Women's Developmental Leadership Program, Scholar integrates coaching principles into her work to foster resilience, self-awareness, and ethical leadership.
Roselyne Kenneth is a development practitioner with over two decades of experience in international development, public sector governance, and gender equality across Papua New Guinea and Bougainville. She has held senior roles with UNDP, the Australian Government, and various international organisations, leading programs focused on women's leadership, peacebuilding, and social inclusion.
Roselyne brings deeps expertise in project design, strategic planning, and institutional change, with a strong track record in advocating against gender-based violence and supporting survivors. Her work spans program management, applied research, and capacity building, with a focus on empowering communities and advancing inclusive development.
Roselyne has supported leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives through roles with Australian Awards, UN Women, and the Santos Foundation. She holds academic qualifications in social anthropology, gender studies, and public policy, and continues to advise on governance, safeguarding, and gender-responsive programming.
Olive Oa is a public health and development practitioner with over 28 years of experience leading transformative health programs across Papua New Guinea's government and NGO sectors. Her work spans maternal and child health, immunization, sexual and reproductive health, tuberculosis, WASH, and pandemic response, with a strong focus on system strengthening and community empowerment.
She currently serves as Program Manager for ChildFund PNG, where she has led the design and delivery of more than 20 major health initiatives. Olive brings a strategic, human-centered approach to leadership, grounded in her training as a certified ontological coach. Her work emphasizes capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and fostering sustainable change through reflective practice and mentorship.
Olive has facilitated national and regional traning programs, contributed to health systems research, and co-led leadership development workshops such as the RDI Network's "Human Dimension of Leadership" masterclass. She is passionate about supporting leaders who champion equity, resilience, and community-led health solutions.
Megan Streeter is a leadership coach and learning specialist with extensive experience across Australia and the Pacific. She has worked with government agencies, civil society organisations, regional institutions, and WLI alumni, supporting individuals and teams to navigate change and lead with clarity and purpose.
Her coaching draws on both ontological and adaptive leadership methodologies. Megan's approach helps clients uncover their core identity and build resilience in times of uncertainty.
Since 2017, Megan has facilitated leadership development programs for organisations including the Pacific Community (SPC), Forum Fisheries Agency, UNDP, and the Pacific Fisheries Leadership Program. She is currently pursuing her International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials and continues to support leadership initiatives such as WLI and Balance of Power (BOP).

Leonora Sinclair holds a Master of Science in Development Management and brings over two decades of professional experience across the Pacific, Europe, and the UK. Her background includes project coordination, adult learning, and volunteer training, with a strong focus on empowering women through personal and career development.
Her coaching practice is deeply informed by her Rotuman heritage and lived experiences in Fiji, the Cok Islands, Germany, and the UK. Leonora brings cultural insight and empathy to her work, supporting women to navigate transitions, build confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose.
She has held roles with organisations such as Tetra Tech International Development, Abt Global, and the UK Ministry of Defence, contributing to initiatives in public service reform, leadership development, and mentoring. In addition to her master's degree, Leonora holds certifications in coaching, mentoring, and adult education.
Outside of work, Leonora enjoys reading non-fiction and walking her dog, activities that keep her grounded and inspired.
Lanieta Rauqeuqe is a public policy and leadership development specialist with over two decades of experience in macroeconomic policy, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement across Fiji, the Pacific, and international institutions. She has held senior roles at the Reserve Bank of Fiji, the International Monetary Fund, and the Asia Development Bank, contributing to policy formulation, economic research, and regional development intiatives.
Lanieta is a certified ontological leadership coach and an Australia Awards alumna. She co-founded Sautu Solutions, a consultancy firm focused on strategic planning and leadership, and serves on the board of Sole, a fintech startup supporting financial inclusion. She is also a partner in the Legacy Leadership Symposium, a regional initiative fostering emerging leaders.

Adi Veronika Naiwaqa is a certified learning and development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering training programs across corporate, nonprofit, and community sectors in Fiji and the Pacific. She is the founder and director of Up-Skill Yourself Pte Ltd, where she leads initiatives focused on leadership development, communication, and adult education.
Her work spans coaching, instructional design, and capacity building, with a strong emphasis on inclusive and culturally responsive learning. Adi Veronika has patterned with organisations such as BSP Life, WOmen Entrepreneurs Business Councils, WWF Pacific, and International IDEA to deliver tailored programs that support youth, women, and professionals in achieving personal and professional growth.
She holds multiple certifications in ontological leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, and adult literacy and numeracy, and is an alumna of Leadership Fiji. Her commitment to community development is reflected in her long-standing involvement in youth mentorship, women's capacity building, and education-focused volunteer projects.
Adi Aluesi Kanabobo Bukalidi is a registered nurse and nurse unit manager with over 13 years of clinical experience at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital (CWM) in Suva, including seven years intensive care and six in acute medical nursing. She holds a Master of Intensive Care Nursing from the University of Sydney and has led initiatives to improve patient safety and care coordination in high-pressure environments.
Adi Aluesi has played a key role in mentoring nursing staff, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to emergency preparedness across the Pacific. She is a local consultant for the Regional Emergency and Critical Care Systems Strengthening Initiatives (RECSI) and has supported regional deployments through Fiji Emergency Medical Assistance Team (FEMAT).
Her professional affiliations include the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses, the Fiji Nurses Association, and the Nephrology Society of Fiji. She continues to advance critical care practice through leadership, education, and regional collaboration.
