Olivia is an aspiring business innovator and economist passionate about sustainable industries, initiatives, and values-aligned employment opportunities for Vanuatuan communities.
She has extensive administrative experience and currently works as a Personal Assistant and Business Administrator for a Brisbane-based legal firm. In 2017, Olivia was awarded the Bank South Pacific (BSP) Women’s Scholarship Grant in recognition of her academic potential.
With a desire to lead by example, Olivia wants to build her leadership capacity to empower women and young people to play a more active role in promoting sustainable development in Vanuatu. She aims to address unemployment by leveraging human resources and facilitating connections between job seekers and employers.
